You will then take an uncooked Prime Dry Aged Bistecca home, cook it and serve it with the other dishes from our class to make a 3 course dinner party in your home that night for up to 6 people! Benefiting The Samuel Floersheimer Foundation

Porchetta is one of the national dishes of Italy that is not only beautiful to eat, but also incorporates multiple cooking techniques. Paired with your porchetta is roasted rosemary potatoes, zucchini alla scapece, salsa verde and focaccia. You can also add an arugula salad and/or tiramisu.

Place your order and then stop by Tutore for pick up between 5pm and 8pm on the 16th of September. If you are lucky Sam or one of his friends will run it out to your car!

All proceeds from this dinner will go to The Samuel Floersheimer Foundation benefitting young adults with Down Syndrom.
