Our Goal:

To teach you how to make a few dessert with your child (or children). This class is meant so that your child will learn some basic kitchen skills all while creating delicious desserts right by your side. In this hands on class we will walk you and your child through some simple recipes that will help develop cooking methods that can be utilized for many different desserts.

What we will teach:

• How to make a simple tart dough

• Proper way to roll out dough

• How to build a trifle

• Kitchen organization and planning

• How to juggle knives (kids only)

• Balancing of flavors
