An Easter Feast for 6-8 people (more if you need to, just ask ahead of time).

We will not only teach you how to prepare and cook an Italian Easter dinner, but also you will be able to take the prepared and semi prepared food home to finish for your Easter meal!

 

What you will Learn:

  •   Meal organization and planning.

  •   How to season, roll and tie a leg of lamb

  •   How to properly roast and serve a leg of lamb.

  •   How to make and serve a classic Torta Pasqualina.

  • General Knife Skills

  • Balancing of acidic and olive oil components (Vinaigrette and Salsa Verde)

  •   How to properly blanch asparagus.

  •   How to make and serve a classic Italian Easter dessert.

  •      Roasted Fennel Crusted Leg of Lamb with Salsa Verde

  • Asparagus Salad with Lemon Egg Dressing

  • Rhubarb and Pine Nut Cake
