Our Goal:
To teach you how to make a decadent 3 course Italian dinner that is perfect for a cold February night. We will also discuss the best way to pair wines with each of these courses. Finally we will have the short ribs prepared for you to eat and you will be able to take your short ribs home to enjoy on another night.
