Our goal for this class is to teach you a few recipes that will get you more comfortable making desserts. We will teach you 3 different varieties of cakes in which you will use different techniques for each cake. From weighing out ingredients, to making the batters, to cooking the cakes and eventually icing the cakes you will learn each important step in cake making.
