Our goal for this class is to teach you the proper way to safely cut vegetables and herbs. We will teach you how to correctly hold a knife and the best ways to chop or dice certain vegetables. We will also share with you a number of “don’t” do with you knives. Finally we will walk you through the best way to sharpen and take care of your knives.
What you will learn:
- How to dice an onion 
- How to dice a carrot 
- Chopping parsley 
- Chiffonade of herbs 
- Differences in knives 
- How to select a knife for you 
- Knife safety 
- Knife sharpening and honing 
What’s Included:
- All cutlery and ingredients needed to prep and create the dishes

Please note that you will be standing and cooking for up to 2 hours. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
