The staff of life! We will teach you how to make a few different breads and other proofed goodies. Bread baking is not as hard as people think but a baker must learn a few simple techniques and patients.
What you will learn:
- Working with yeast dough 
- Understanding the many intricacies of a yeast dough 
- Kneading 
- Shaping bread dough 
- Different ways to proof dough 
- How to tell when bread is done

Please note that you will be standing and cooking for up to 2 hours. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
