  • How to make a simple tart dough and how to roll it out

  • Balancing flavors

  • General Knife Skills

  • Meal organization

  • Rosemary Focaccia

  • Crostini of Carrots, Turnips, Ricotta, Pistachio Pesto, Hot Honey

  • Sauteed Atlantic Cod, Wilted Watercress, Capers, Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette

  • Seasonal Fruit Crostata, Whipped Mascarpone Cream
