Join us for a Dinner to remember!

Tutore owners Dean Zanella and James DeMarte met back in 1996 at a Chicago restaurant called Grappa. We want to cook some of the dishes from this wonderful restaurant to give people who never got the hance to dine there a taste of what it was like and for those who did a stroll down memory lane.

The Menu

Family Style Antipasti

  • Seared Sea Scallops with Wildmushrooms and White Truffle Essence

  • Peppered Seared Beef Carpaccio with Arugula Pesto, Roasted Peppers and Parmigiano

  • Focaccia with Roasted Grapes, Walnuts and Taleggio

Family Style Pasta

  • Braised Oxtail Tortellini with Porcini Mushroom Brodo

  • Nonna Zanella’s Gnocchi with San Marzano Tomatoes, Goat Cheese

  • Ricotta Cavatelli with Local Asparagus, Braised Ramps, Pecorino

Choice of Entree

  • Baked Sole in Parchment, Black Truffles, Braised Wild Ramps, Lion’s Mane Mushrooms

  • Lemon and Milk Braised Pork, Sage, Spinach Polenta

  • Roasted Asparagus, Fregola Salad, Lemon Egg Dressing

Dessert

  • Trio of Chocolate Semifreddo/Orange Scented Panna Cotta/Pistachio Olive Oil Cake
