Tutore owners Dean Zanella and James DeMarte met back in 1996 at a Chicago restaurant called Grappa. We want to cook some of the dishes from this wonderful restaurant to give people who never got the hance to dine there a taste of what it was like and for those who did a stroll down memory lane.
