Classic Italian Desserts
Our Goal:
To teach you how to make traditional Italian desserts that will make you and your guests smile as you eat them. We want to make you comfortable in making desserts that people often think are too hard to make on their own. We want to build up your confidence and teach you some basic pastry techniques that you can carry over when you prepare other desserts.
What we will teach:
- How to make fresh ricotta 
- How to make a zabaglione 
- Difference between sweet and too sweet 
- How to whip egg whites into peaks 
- History of the traditions 
- Simple pastry “short cuts”
