Porchetta is one of the national dishes of Italy that is not only beautiful to eat, but also incorporates multiple cooking techniques. You will learn basic butchering skills, how to tie, season and roast a porchetta. We will also teach you how to make a seasonal salad, salsa verde and rosemary potatoes. Besides learning how to make a porchetta that guests can take home they will be able to dine on the 3 course meal we are teaching at Tutore.
